I applaud your refusal to let a perfectly good groundhog go to waste. If I ever kill one, I assure you that I will follow your example and grill up a fine meal with it.
that was the worst meat i have ever had. But i did like the picture story.
I thought I was all about eating things caught, killed or found, but I was suprized to find my appetite waning as I saw the pictures.
I can't believe you did that...
For the record. I shot it. Asher butcherd it, and we grilled and ate it.
So it's Asher's fault it tasted so terrible. After all, it takes a fine butcher to get those fine cuts of meat that are excellent.
