So I got a job. I'm working at Holimont ski area. Holimont is a private ski resort. People pay $15000 to join and another $2500 each year to ski.
My job is helping people get on and off of the ski lifts. Mostly it is a lot of holding the chair while people sit down and watching chairs empty go by. This week was slow so I did more of the watching than the helping.
I work with a diverse group. Yesterday I was with the retired guys operating "Meadow" The day before I spent time with a bunch of 18-20 year-old guys at "Expo" I'm slightly overqualified for the job, but it's a good exercise learning to relate to people of all types.
